Our client is a fast-growing fintech platform focused on enabling cross-border trade across emerging markets. With a strong investor base and operations spanning South Asia and the Gulf, the company is expanding its central team in Dubai and seeking a high-potential Corporate Development Analyst & Program Manager to support its next phase of growth.
 
This early-career hybrid role is ideal for a strategic and driven individual who wants exposure to corporate finance, M&A, and business execution. Reporting directly to senior leadership, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting capital raises, market expansion, and cross-functional initiatives.
 
 
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Development
  • Assist in capital raising efforts, including investor presentations, data room management, and due diligence coordination
  • Conduct market mapping, investor and competitor research to support strategic initiatives
  • Support M&A pipeline development through outreach tracking and preliminary analysis
  • Maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting materials for internal and external stakeholders
Program Management
  • Drive execution of cross-functional projects in collaboration with finance, product, operations, and compliance teams
  • Monitor timelines, identify bottlenecks, and ensure smooth delivery of strategic priorities
  • Develop internal briefs, communications, and updates for senior management
  • Support special initiatives such as product launches, market entry, and strategic partnerships
Strategic Research & Insights
  • Conduct research on macroeconomic trends, regulatory shifts, and the trade finance ecosystem
  • Translate findings into actionable insights for business decision-making
  • Stay abreast of developments in DFIs, fintech, and capital markets relevant to key markets
 
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, VC/PE, corporate strategy, or startup operations, solid internship experience is welcome.
  • Strong foundation in financial analysis and business research; exposure to corporate finance or project execution preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field (strong academic record preferred)
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; strong communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
