Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all E&I construction and installation activities related to FPSO/FSO projects

Manage and direct E&I subcontractors and vendors to ensure safe execution, quality compliance, and adherence to project schedules.

Coordinate inspections, testing, and verification activities with subcontractors, quality teams, and client representatives to achieve system acceptance.

Ensure all E&I works comply with FPSO/FSO safety requirements, class rules, flag state regulations, and approved project specifications.

Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), vendor inspections, and onboard testing activities as required.

Act as a key interface between clients, shipyards, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.

Work closely with engineering disciplines to resolve technical issues, manage design changes, and implement practical construction solutions.

Capture lessons learned from execution phases and support continuous improvement across E&I construction activities.

Monitor progress, identify execution risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project performance.

Support commissioning and handover activities by ensuring E&I systems are mechanically complete, tested, and ready for commissioning.
Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced E&I professional with strong offshore and shipyard execution exposure.

Technical qualification at tertiary level, preferably in electrical engineering, instrumentation, or automation.

Minimum five years of experience managing or coordinating E&I scopes within FPSO, FSO, offshore oil & gas, or marine conversion projects.

Strong practical understanding of E&I systems for floating assets, including power generation, distribution, control, and instrumentation systems.

Proven ability to manage technical changes, interface challenges, and construction issues in dynamic shipyard and offshore environments.

Solid knowledge of offshore safety requirements, quality standards, and class/flag regulations applicable to FPSO/FSO assets.

Effective communicator with the ability to engage confidently with multinational crews, contractors, and client teams.
