Finance Manager (Maritime)
We are looking for a finance manager for a maritime company in Singapore.
Finance role
Updating bank statements and bank reconciliation into SAP system
Inputting the purchase invoice into the system
Sending of sales invoice to the customer with delivery note
Passing journal entries as required for depreciation, accruals, prepayments, etc and maintaining schedules for the same.
Credit control of AR and payment processing of AP
Drafting management reports for the month and for the quarter
Computation of sales personnel commission
Year-end budgeting of Opex and assistance in budgeting of sales
Filing of GST every quarter and also submitting other forms to the Government
Co-ordination with auditors, tax agents and other authorities as and when required
Other adhoc projects and task as assigned by the company
HR and office manager role
Keep in touch with the rules governing around HR and managing the HR assistant who is incharge of employee records, EP/SP- applying/cancelling, employee contracts
Ensure that the office functions smoothly including but not limited to filing
Requirements
Diploma/degree with minimum 3-5 years in handling full set of accounts in a Singapore company
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Trust worthy and able to maintain confidentiality
Singaporean or Singapore PR
Preferred qualifications
Knowledge in SAP business one or any other ERP system
Experience in HR and MOM regulations
