Are you an experienced Tendering professional within 3PL Airfreight business and looking to join a European market leading organisation with great flexibility?
This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in a newly created Tender and implementation role for their growing marine logistics business. This will be a global role.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and manage the full tender lifecycle including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs for key global and regional clients.
· Liaise with logistics partners to obtain pricing, transit times, and service capabilities.
· Consolidate and format tender responses, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance with client specifications.
· Maintain a central database of tender submissions and outcomes to support continuous improvement.
· Provide administrative and strategic support to the Sales and Key Account teams.
· Prepare commercial proposals, client presentations, and business cases.
· Conduct market and competitor analysis to benchmark solutions and pricing.
· Assist with contract reviews, SLA preparations, and client onboarding processes.
