- QMS Implementation & Monitoring: Monitor and ensure the effective implementation of the QMS within company and project operations.
- Standards & Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to relevant international standards (e.g., ISO 9001), industry codes (e.g., ASME, API, AWS), and Classification Society requirements.
- Audits & Inspections: Plan and conduct internal and external audits of systems, processes, contractors, and vendors. Report audit findings and manage follow-up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Documentation & Reporting: Manage project-specific quality documentation, track quality metrics (KPIs), perform trend analysis, and report on quality performance to management and clients.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and other quality tools to reduce rework, optimize processes, and enhance overall quality and efficiency.
- Technical Support: Provide quality assurance technical support to engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams for trouble-shooting and compliance during all project stages.
- Supplier Quality Management: Support pre-qualification processes and monitor supplier/vendor quality to ensure contractual and technical requirements are met.
- Safety & Environment: Execute the implementation of Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (QHSSE) policies and procedures.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Marine and Offshore, or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant work experience in the oil and gas, shipbuilding, or offshore projects industry.
- Proven experience working on FPSO, FSO, or other large offshore projects is a significant advantage/requirement.
- Operational experience related to system verification and integrity is beneficial
