We are looking for a Finance Business Partner (Digital Payments) to join our regional team based in Singapore.
You will be a key member of the APAC Finance Business Partnering team, supporting our exciting new Digital Payments vertical.
Responsibilities
Working in close cooperation with finance, accounting, tax and treasury departments locally, regionally and globally.
Ensuring all finance related activities for payments vertical is well aligned between all stakeholders.
Ensuring the creation of a yearly budget for payments and active tracking of this budget.
Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure all reporting/data related to payments is tracked in an efficient manner.
Prepare Business Plans and documents that clearly describes payment flows between various platforms.
Manage end to end projects alongside Business stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met.
First point of contact for all Finance related matters and ability to identify the right stakeholders for each specific function within the overall Finance framework.
Coordinate with local countries counterparts to understand their processes, transactions and payments flows in order to ensure correct information is communicated to external and internal stakeholders.
Play an integral role in liaising with various stakeholders within the regional teams, local and central team.
Perform financial and information analysis, measure the financial impact of from a broad range of variables and key indicators.
Produce, compile, and present financial data to evaluate business performance, and provide informed recommendations.
Contribute to ad-hoc projects, and continually automate/streamline processes to improve business efficiency in the region.

Requirements
University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or relevant discipline.
3-6 years of finance partnering or FP&A background in companies offering digital payment solutions.
Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup/technology environments preferred.
Good understanding of various fintech business models and processes.
Strong experience in managing all finance operations related items for digital payment solutions.
Strong experience in getting dashboards and reports developed for tracking of performance.
Strong project management and organizational skills; coordinate complex projects.
Able to work independently if required, and learn quickly and adapt to different roles in a growing team.
A sense of urgency, pragmatism and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Team player, collaborative, and ability to adjust to changing priorities and short timelines.
