Senior Legal Counsel (International & Cross-Border Tax | Family Office)
We are supporting an established family office who are looking to appoint a senior legal professional to support a broad range of international and cross-border matters. This role offers exposure to complex, multijurisdictional structures and works closely with internal teams and external advisors globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management and ongoing development of international structures and arrangements
- Assist with legal, regulatory and governance matters across multiple jurisdictions
- Draft and review internal documentation and advisory materials
- Work closely with tax and finance teams on cross-border topics
- Coordinate with external advisors and professional firms internationally
- Contribute to a range of project-based initiatives as needs evolve
Key Requirements
- Common law qualified lawyer with 10+ years of post qualification experience
- Background in areas such as private wealth, trusts, corporate or related disciplines
- Experience working across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong communication and drafting skills
- Comfortable working in a lean, collaborative and evolving environ ment
