Position : Service Engineer


  • Responsible for technical operation as the main person in charge on board
  • Training for Engineers and Agent
  • Support office work


  • Attend onboard for maintenance/ inspection/ repair/ troubleshooting/ modification
  • Manage field activities and schedule
  • Resolve malfunctions or other crises when they arise
  • Oversee repairs and technical improvements
  • Install new systems and technology
  • Ensure proper maintenance of onsite equipment
  • Supervise and direct technicians/engineers onsite
  • Making service report with details of job progress, Working/Traveling time and technical advice / recommendation if any
  • Report and share job progress with the superior (Team leader or above)
  • Provide technical support for customers, service agents and internal teams
  • Arranging necessary parts & drawing and send to agent if assigned
  • Maintain tools in good conditions for safety and high-quality service
  • Making manuals / support documents in order to share experiences with other engineers
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Review Maintenance list & service report for sales support
  • Cover all of Technician responsibilities
