Our client is a leading European shipping conglomerate that is growing its modern fleet of vessels.
With a diversified portfolio of vessels, they are looking to hire an experienced Operations Superintendent with relevant tanker commercial vessel operations experience.
You will be responsible for handling a fleet of oil/chemical tankers for all Pre and post-fixture commercial operational matters including but not limited to arranging bunkers, stowage planning, tank cleaning, port agency nomination, voyage estimation, pre fixture requirements related to the charter party, etc.
An ideal candidate is a Master Mariner (Certificate of Competence I) who has sailed on oil tankers combined with a minimum of 2 years of shore-based Marine Superintendent or tanker voyage operations experience hand based in Singapore already.
This role will require you to manage a small team of junior operators and report to the Operations Manager.
